Service Description
iLoveTempDrive provides temporary, high-speed file storage and sharing capabilities designed for utility and rapid transfer. The service operates under strict capacity and temporal constraints to ensure optimal performance for all users.
- check_circle 1GB Session Limit: File uploads are strictly capped at 1 Gigabyte per session (previously 50MB).
- schedule 30-Minute Lifecycle: Rooms start with 30 minutes of access. Users may extend a room in 30-minute steps up to 5 hours from creation, after which all files and the room are automatically and permanently deleted. No recovery is possible after deletion.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the iLoveTempDrive service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the service.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or process through iLoveTempDrive. You agree to utilize the service for lawful purposes only, in strict compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, and to safeguard any generated sharing links. iLoveTempDrive operates as an intermediary under Indian law and assumes no responsibility for unauthorized access to files resulting from compromised sharing links or illegal user activities.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you strictly agree not to use the service to upload, transmit, or distribute:

iLoveTempDrive is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service, the accuracy or reliability of the platform, or the persistence of uploaded data. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall iLoveTempDrive, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You expressly acknowledge the ephemeral nature of the storage and assume all risk associated with data loss.
